Discover historic weaponry and try your hand at traditional marksmanship.
Step back through centuries of conflict, craft, and survival with our Weapons Through the Ages experience. From ancient spears hurled by early warriors to precision air rifles used in Olympic competition, this is a truly hands-on journey through the history of human ingenuity. Whether you are a seasoned shooter or picking up a weapon for the very first time, you will leave with new skills, a deeper appreciation for history, and memories to last a lifetime.
What to Expect
Arrive at our outdoor range and settle in with a warm welcome from your expert instructors. Before anything else, you will receive a thorough safety briefing and a demonstration of each weapon, so you can feel confident and prepared before your first throw or shot.
From there, the experience unfolds across a series of exciting stations, each one dedicated to a different weapon from a different era. You might start by hurling a throwing knife at a wooden target, before moving on to a Viking Norse Hawk, a Zulu Assegai spear, a recurve bow, a crossbow, and finally, modern air rifles and catapults.
Sessions run as a half-day. Expect plenty of variety, plenty of laughs, and a genuine sense of achievement as your accuracy improves throughout the day. Full-day experiences are available if you wanted to combine with other activities like clay pigeon shooting or 4×4 off-roading.
